Widowmaker, a back-channel on the Silverback section of the White Nile, has not been run since 2006. However with recent rising water-levels and a bit of a balls-out mission to run every rapid on the main sections of the White Nile, we had a go.
The rapid consists of two fairly gnarly holes, front and back, with a huge curling wave separating them. The line involves cutting left to right over the crest on said wave. Enjoy the video.
